Matt & Krystyna @ Greenwich Park
So, I thought I would take an opportunity to put a bit of a spotlight on one of my absolute favourite locations for portrait/couples/engagement shoots, and, my favourite time of year for them. Greenwich Park, in all its glory, the perfect location for a stroll and a bit of time in front of camera.
Sam & Lucy @ The Ferry House
A little bit of throw back Thursday vibe going on here as I look back to one awesome Autumn wedding from the later parts of 2022. Lucy and Sam embraced the Autumnal wedding feels at the Ferry House, on what I will always remember as, the day of the ram skulls. Idyllic & Co. put together a modern classic design full of oranges and creams, lace and skulls, warm vibes with neon lights to boot.
Tom & Amy @ The Vines In Rochester
Nestled in the historic heart of Rochester, Tom and Amy tied the knot at The Vines. Their naval-themed celebration, held at The Vines, was a charming nod to Tom’s naval heritage, blending tradition, romance, and a touch of adventure. The day began with the arrival of the couple in a stunning classic sports car, turning heads as it glided through Rochester’s cobbled streets.
Mark & Rachael @ The Pear Tree Purton
A reminder that “have camera, will travel”, no distance is too far when the opportunity arrises. When Mark and Rachael invited me to photograph their wedding at The Pear Tree at Purton in Wiltshire I jumped at the chance knowing what an incredible venue this was. Plus, shooting away gives an opportunity to tick off another Premier Inn off of the list…..done quite a few now!
Craig & George @ Cooling Castle Barn
Well, what a way to kick off the new year! Craig and George tied the knot at the ever awesome Cooling Castle Barn in Kent……incidentally, just 5 minutes from my front door, always a total bonus. There is something very special about Cooling Castle Barn, epic yet cozy, grand yet kicks out the chilled vibes.
Jack & Ellie @ The Beacon
Here we go peeps!! Jack and Ellie rocking the life out of The Beacon Wedding Venue in Tunbridge Wells. An utterly awesome day that had everything a wedding day should have in order to obtain the status of “legendary”. The Beacon at Tunbridge Wells has shot straight up the top of my ‘mega venues list’, a definite top 5!!
Kane & Emily @ The Ferry House
The very end of the busiest May I have ever experienced, busiest month ever actually, see me attend the wedding of Kane and Emily at the Ferry House. Barns and cottages, teary eyes and walks along the water front. Kane & Emily fully embraced the vibe of modern wedding-dom. There was not a single moment in this day that was not filled with fun and smiles.
Martyn & Daisy @ The Ferry House
Here we go….we start off a double whammy weekend of Ferry House mega-ness with the very amazing Martyn and Daisy. Its not a lie to say that the plans for this day had provided quite a bit of excitement in the prep…this was felt by everyone involved. With the help from the very awesome Idylic Days Event Hire Daisy and Martyn put together a day that was as gorgeously and elegantly styled as it was fun, relaxed and full of enjoyment.
Jonathon & Lauren @ The Cherry Barn
I was lucky enough to be invited to some utterly banging parties at some amazing venues with some awesome people, just like this one. Jonathan and Lauren married at the always superb Cherry Barn in East Sussex in front of their nearest and dearest. Much love, jokes and happiness were shown throughout the day making for some awesome memories and very cool photos…..even if I do say so myself.
James & Sophie @ Elmley Nature Reserve
Continuing a jam packed June, my busiest month of 2023, I had the absolute pleasure of attending the incredible wedding of James and Sophie at the ever epic Elmley Nature Reserve on the Isle of Sheppey. Just half an hour from the M25, Elmley leaves you feeling a thousand miles from anywhere. Epic vistas for miles, the best bridal accommodation I have seen (designs and colour schemes that’d fit nicely in the Farrow and Ball brochure).
