Richard & Kara @ The Great Lodge
It’s been a short while since visiting this absolute Goliath of a wedding venue. The Great Lodge at Great Bardfield is right up there at the top of my all time fave venues list, it is a wedding photographers paradise, pics below for proof :)
Richard and Kara’s whole approach in the build up, and throughout the day itself was to kick back and enjoy. As parties go this was a banger. Tons of awesome memories were made and captured as the smiles never faded, not even for a second. There were so many highlights to look back on and enjoy, Kara leaving Richard hanging as she joined him at the end of the aisle (sorry Richard, but that was funny!), Kara’s dads awesome yet sometimes inappropriate speech, the not so discrete hanger on during couples photos (you may see him in the gallery below haha), And a very fun walk around the expansive grounds at Great Lodge for some very natural, unposed portraits.
The very natural, fun packed vibe that went down here was completely off the chart, Richard and Kara rocked through their day embracing every moment that came their way.
